The best part about attending a destination wedding is that you get to save a lot of time in commute. Most of the functions usually happen in the same resort and all you need to do is dress up and head to the location (which is usually a convention hall) to attend the event. This leaves you with a lot of time to explore the place.
I was in Goa for a similar destination wedding. We had some time to spare during the afternoon, and while most of the guests decided to explore Goa and went sight-seeing, I decided to stick around and explore the resort instead. It was a little hot and not to forget humid in Goa so I decided to stick by the pool. The poolside offered a lot of array of colours with the red and yellow buildings in the backdrop and the cool blue pool by the side – it looked so picturesque. I stayed back with my Mom who has recently discovered the joys of clicking pictures with a DSLR. She went clicking as we explored the place. It was only later when I looked at the pictures that she clicked did I decide to dedicate one full post to this walk by the poolside. The pictures have really come out well and I am loving the plethora of colours. Thanks Ma!

I was not really planning this ensemble, but I think I did pull off a blue theme with my blue top, shorts, aviators and the Bang Bang Baggit bag. I am sure you found this post as visually appealing as I did. And the entire credit for the same goes to the ace photographer – my mother! (psst… I am planning to ask her to take all my pictures. That lady has some talent 😛 ) So tell me what do you think? You know I love hearing from you guys!
